I have to agree with almost everyone else, this phone is a piece of shit.
2 questions 1 on my web page for the zoom it just zoom’s in on it’s own how do i get it back to 1x. 2 my pic message isn’t letting me save the image to my phone how do i save it.
this phone sucks sooo much!!!! i had it for like a year and i had to replace it 5 times !!!! i do not recomend this phone for anyone , it/s not worth it…it freezes wayyy too much

This phone sucks so badly! I had it for 5 months and it would always freeze while inputing text…also I’d miss calls all the time…Shit SUCKS!

I had this phone and loved it, but it did have some minor issues, um about every 3 months i had to get a new one because water would get under the glass and cause the touch screen to go out. But i did find that on the case that comes with it there is a little extra fabric that was made for the styles to go in

actually they don’t make it anymore. if you don’t want to get the new instinct s30 than you can probably get the original on ebay for 50+
(i have this phone) i dont reccomend it.
after a while the screen messes up and when u text and if u hit “S” itll put “x”
and it freezes every day for me
it also has alot of problems sending a message. it takes a few times before u can actually send a message
